My career began with my work as an auditor, where I was responsible for auditing small savings banks to those with billions in assets. From 1989 to early 2013, I initially took over the management of a credit department and later a board position at a bank. During this time, I successfully led the company out of a difficult situation and advanced it through careful and sustainable management.
Since 2013, I have been self-employed. My approach is based on imparting know-how and practical approaches to implement positive changes as gently as possible and as quickly as necessary.
